Sunday, April 25th starting at 7:30 AM will be the beginning of the 2010 NWCC Club TT series. The venue will again be Warren Ranch Road. Please note that we will be starting promptly at 7:30. No rider will be started after 8:00 due to traffic and safety concerns. If by chance more than 30 riders show up we will exercise some flexibility on that point.
The gmap link below outlines the 10 mile Warren Ranch Rd course. The 10 k course will be an abbreviated version of this venue.
Please Park at Zube Park which is about 2 miles from the TT start.

As with past years, we will be timing the individual efforts of each participant and posting the results on the club’s website.
Special Intramural TT Competition for NWCC Club Members
As we did last year, we are also announcing the start of the second annual special intra-club TT competition (i.e., "Club-Racer TT). This competition is aimed specifically at attracting NWCC club members who do not normally race but who may have an interest in giving it a try in a relaxed, non-pressured environment. Please note the important new scoring rules for the club competition that are outlined below.

2. Club-Racer Female (must be NWCC club member)

Special Rules Regarding Club Racer TT Competition Scoring
Scoring for the Club Competition this year will be very different from last year. We will be borrowing a methodology similar to that used by the Texas Mountain Bike Racing Association (TMBRA). The best 4 of the 6 races will count to determine the overall standings by year end. Points are tallied based on the riders' finish order at each individual race.
Points are awarded in the following manner:
Place Points
1st 10
2nd 8
3rd 6
4th 4
5th 2
6th 1
If a tie exists for an overall class at the end of the series, the following rule will be used the number of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc, finishes... until tie is broken.
